Audit trail for IMS User Management

Currently in the IMS User Management, you can't tell who and reason for the user account creation and modification respectively. for the group creation, you can't tell who created. It would be great to have these as part of audit trial so that any admin can check and thus prevent misunderstanding and accidental action (like deleting).
