Enabling of Old Layout of Bentley IMS Portal for Project Permission

To provide an option for the old layout of the IMS Portal, allowing users to select the appropriate layout based on their clients' organization. While the current layout doesn't functions properly, an issue occurs when adding unique user credentials to provide access to a project through the User Management Portal using a .csv file. The process fails because the layout of the .csv file changes after adding the user credentials and clicking CTRL+S.

Additionally, adding users one by one does not always work as expected showing Error. The only remaining option is for users to accept the project by clicking the link shared via their email. If the user misses this email, they will not have access to the project.

In Old Layout it was simple, where we could do the function without sending any Email Invitations.
